Water and "The News Hour"

“The News Hour” on PBS is producing a series on water problems around the world, the first installment of which premiered this past Sunday, March 21.  The first segment takes a look at a village in rural Ethiopia benefiting from a new well system, but also makes clear how far Ethiopia is from providing such resources to all of its rural population.  “The News Hour” report also mentions that the April issue of National Geographic will be devoted to water issues around the world.  Check out the first installment of the “News Hour” report here.
